Manufacturer’s packaging protects medical carts against precipitation, rapid shock, and mechanical damage in standard conditions of transportation.
Until the moment the medical carts are put to use, they need to be stored in their original manufacturer’s packaging indoors, in the range of temperature of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius.
The relative humidity in the storage room should be from 10 to 90%, and the air should not contain any chemical fumes/vapours.
Medical carts should be transported and stored in vertical position, with the whole surface of the base adhering to the floor – which should be even and smooth.
Medical carts need to be stored in their original packaging. The product may be unpacked only after the temperature in the room where the product is found is appropriate.
The table supplied in the transportation packaging needs to:
– be placed on an even surface,
– be unpacked and taken out of its packaging,
– be checked for compliance of all elements,
– be placed in the intended place of use, compliant with the requirements defined in this manual,
– after performing all of the above, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the user manual.
Medical carts should be disposed of by persons appointed by the owner of the equipment, with appropriate knowledge, skills, and tools to perform this activity.
Medical cart should be disposed of in a safe manner. The medical cart to be disposed of needs to be placed in a room that ensures safe conditions of dismantling this cart into components. It is then necessary to dispose of particular components in compliance with the applicable relevant regulations.
Medical carts should be used according to their purpose defined in item 1 (one).
Medical carts may be used by their owners after they become familiar with the user manual.
The equipment may be used by third parties under the supervision of authorized staff.
Medical carts should be placed on an even horizontal surface that guarantees stable position and proper functioning.
It is important to avoid crashing medical carts into other objects when moving them around. It is important not to run medical carts over electrical cables or place them in passages or other places which are not safe, which may lead to instances of tripping over the equipment, or pose a threat to human safety.
The user is obliged to take all the necessary measures to ensure safe operation of the product and to prevent any instances of threats to the user’s, patients’, and third parties’ safety or life.
NOTICE:
If a medical cart is not fully functional, i.e. its operating parameters differ from the description given in this manual, it should not be used.
Any occurrence of damage resulting from using a faulty product shall be the responsibility of the user.
The manufacture does not bear any responsibility for any occurrence of damage resulting from using faulty equipment.
The maximum load-bearing capacity of the medical cart is 10 kg distributed evenly across the whole surface of the upper top.
Equipment elements should be washed in conditions as described below:
– equipment elements should be washed using clean and warm water (25 degrees Celsius) with a valid hygienic approval, using soft cotton fabric,
– it is forbidden to use any abrasive cleaning agents, aromatic organic solvents, or acidic and alkali detergents.

Bertline spółka z o.o. offers a 24-month warranty of proper performance of medical carts used according to the user manual, with the warranty period counted from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers only defects/faults occurring as a result of concealed material flaws or faulty design. It does not cover any damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, or any intentional damage resulting from misuse of the equipment. The warranty expires if the equipment is modified or used not in compliance with the user manual or with its intended use. The manufacturer should be notified of any complaints. On account of the simplicity of the design and the fact that the medical carts will be used by medical professionals, additional training of the staff in the scope of safe use of the equipment is not necessary.
The user should make sure that the equipment is used with sufficient technical proficiency in order to eliminate any risk of injuries or damage resulting from incorrect or unskilful use thereof.
The equipment may be used by patients or third parties under the supervision of authorized staff.

Yes. We are able to adapt every product to particular needs of our customers. We can design furniture adapted to standing or sitting style of work, offering different number and arrangement of drawers, featuring replaceable tops, and – of course – built-to-order and coming in a rich range of colours.
We grant a 24-month warranty and guarantee that our ready medical furniture is free from any design, production, and material defects, or any other defects being a result of technological flaws.
Manufacturers of essential materials used in production of Bertline carts grant a long-term durability warranty (PMMA – 30 years, PVC – 15 years, Corian – 20 years, Hettich guiderails – 15 years, GTV castors – 10 years). The service life of a cart composed of these materials will be therefore close to the said timespans (excluding, of course, any accidental mechanical damage occurring in the course of use thereof).
The structure of Hettich’s silent closing guiderails makes it possible to take out a single drawer and wash it – even by means of immersion (like dishes), disinfect it, and re-fit it in an easy way.
Cleaning can be performed by means of any commercially available household chemicals (except for abrasive agents like Cif). Disinfection can be carried out using disinfectants commonly used in medical environments – except for concentrated alcohol.
The first drawer below the working top is formed to feature ‘dips’ substituting trays of acid resistant steel and Petri dishes. This way, doctors have the whole surface of the working top at their disposal, and the top becomes less messy and cluttered.
We offer an option to adjust the aperture size free of charge and according to individual preferences on the basis of a drawing sent by the user.
Working tops are made of composite materials which are highly resistant to mechanical wear. If the surface of a working top gets dull after a couple of years of use, it is enough to turn the top by 180 degrees. After additional several years of use, the top can be sent to us; we will renew it for you free of charge.
Our drawers are formed with compartments, ensuring convenient and economic storage of all instruments essential to healthcare professionals’ work.
